Everyone’s in for a treat as we welcome Palermo Head Chef, Mikey Dalton into our kitchens as he teams up with THATH Head Chef Dale da Costa and team to bring you an exciting Australian Day Pop-up Dinner Episode on the 25th of January at 7pm. With an impressive signature 6-course spread, featuring the best of Argentinian cuisine served to share at each table, this is one dining experience you should not miss!

Time: Doors open at 6:30pm; Dinner Service starts promptly at 7pm

A minimum of 2 pax is required for each booking.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any dietary restrictions for this event. Please read the menu carefully before booking your tickets.
PRICING & INCLUSIONS
This special dining event is priced as follows:
$165 per adult (6-course dinner + beverage matching)
$125 per adult (6-course dinner)
$59 for children aged 12 and under
Each course will be served to share amongst the people in each table. Additional drinks are also available on the night for an additional cost.
If any of the kids you are bringing are happy to share food with you and don’t need their own set, just note this when you make the booking and we would be happy not to charge the fee for the kids who will share the food with the adults.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
Cancellations will be accommodated if we’re given notice of at least 7 days.
In case you need to cancel your booking and this is made at least 7 days prior to the event, you will receive your refund in the form of a gift voucher
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booked date will not be issued a refund
