Start your Saturday strong with a community shakeout run and guided recovery session, hosted by TH7 Yeerongpilly and Southbank Tri Club.

What to Expect

30-Minute Shakeout Run - 6:20am Start
We’ll meet at TH7 Yeerongpilly and head out for a relaxed, 30-minute run led by Kate from the Southbank Tri Club team ahead of Kingscliff triathlon. All paces and experience levels are welcome - it’s an easy, feel-good way to warm up your morning.

Recovery Session at TH7
After the run, we’ll head into TH7 for a focused recovery protocol including the steam room or traditional sauna followed by some contrast therapy in the hot and cold pools. Only 18 spots available, so get in quick!

What to Bring

  • Running gear
  • Water bottle
  • Towel
  • Swimwear (or something you are comfortable wearing for your protocol)
