TGIF Fridays

TGIF Fridays is a free weekly social group for young people living in the Maitland community who are looking for that extra something each week.

Each week we get you involved in something different that is based on maintaining self care. Whether that's through cooking healthy meals, physical exercise and movement, health and hygiene or creativity!
