This exclusive wine dinner experience at Little Collins Street Kitchen brings together a four-course menu curated by our head chef and a carefully selected lineup of Ten Minutes by Tractor wines, each pairing designed to highlight balance, texture, and terroir. From bright, expressive whites to elegant Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir, every course has been thoughtfully crafted to complement the character of the wine it’s paired with.
On the evening, the winemaker will personally guide you through each pairing, sharing insights into the vineyards, vintages, and the philosophy behind why each wine pairs so beautifully with its course.
