Event Description: Technology Tutorial in the use of online email including deleting emails, creating attachments, junk email folder and blocking emails. Laptops will be provided for trainees to follow along and learn new skills.

Public libraries are a partnership between Local Government and the Queensland Government through State Library of Queensland.

  • Signup to an online email provider (e.g. Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo) or login to your existing email account (please bring email account and password details if you have them to the class)
  • Reply and forward emails
  • Delete emails
  • Attach documents or images to your email
  • Learn about email folders including drafts, junk, sent and archive
