About this event

This session is designed to bring quick relief in stressful situations. Claire Connelly, a certified Wellness Coach and Yoga instructor, will guide you through a series of techniques and simple skills that you can apply when you desire more calm in your life.

This practical hands-on session will provide you with a toolbox of techniques to apply at any time, and in any situation to bring instant calm to your body and mind.

You will discover the centuries old techniques of Acupressure, the calm breathing technique and other devices to access instant calm.

A workbook will be provided with the session for easy reference at home.

This activity is open only to carers registered with Carers ACT.

This session will be conducted in person and also steamed through Zoom. The session will not be recorded. If you would prefer to attend via Zoom please click here to book.

By attending and participating in this session, you consent to video, images and audio of yourself and those you are responsible for being used in this manner. As this session is being live streamed, participants are reminded to arrive before or on time. The session will commence once the facilitator is available and as close to the advertised time.
