What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. A 50% refund of the ticket price will be issued only if written notice is given to, Carly at hello@cfitbfit.com, more than 48 hours before the scheduled event. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 48 hours or for non-attendance.

Question 2

The event says it is sold out, can I join the waitlist?

Absolutely! There is an option to join the waitlist if you have missed out on a spot. If a place becomes available, you will receive an email informing you. You will have just 4 hours to accept and book the place before it gets released to the next person on the list.

Can I buy tickets from anywhere else?

No, the C Fit B Fit Facebook page (@cfit.bfit.kids) is used to advertise however it will direct you to the Eventbrite site and this is the only place to purchase clinic tickets. If you think there is another site claiming to sell tickets, please let Carly know at hello@cfitbfit.com

Do I need to return forms before the clinic begins?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all forms need to be returned before your child steps onto the court. Clinics run back to back so there is not enough time in between for every attendee to fill out forms.

Do Parents need to stay for the session?

Accepted Answer

Parents are encouraged to stay however if they need to drop off/ pick up it must be notified prior to clinic commencing. Any child with any medical needs will require parents to stay onsite.

What happens if minimum numbers are not met for the session?

Accepted Answer

On the occasion that minimum numbers are not met to run the session, you will be notified and offered a chance to change to another session. If this does not suit, then a refund will be issued.
