Event Description: Tech Help - Tiaro

Struggling with your smartphone, tablet or laptop? Book one-on-one support to help you make the most of your technology. Tech Help appointments of up to 30 minutes are available weekly at each of our library branches. Bookings required.

Please note: This is basic tech service and while we are happy to assess and troubleshoot your technology questions, restrictions apply around sensitive or inappropriate issues, virus removal, and advanced IT requests.

BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL

• Each attendee requires a free ticket and must be a member of the Fraser Coast Libraries. Not a member? Join for free here Fraser Coast Libraries
• Seating is not allocated, a limit is in place on the number of attendees.
• Attendees under 12 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• Tickets do not need to be printed.
• We ask that you stay home if you are feeling unwell or are displaying cold/flu symptoms, no matter how mild.
• If you are unable to attend this event, please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite or contact us on 4190 5788 so we can offer your place to someone else.
