Would you like to send photos to family, use everyday apps, manage your emails, or feel more confident using the internet? Our one-on-one Tech Help sessions are here to help.

Learn practical skills at your own pace, ask questions in a relaxed setting, and gain confidence using your smartphone, tablet or laptop. Sessions of up to 30 minutes with a staff member are available at all library branches.

Book your appointment online or speak with the friendly staff at your local library to get started.

Please note: This is basic tech service and while we are happy to assess and troubleshoot your technology questions, restrictions apply around sensitive or inappropriate issues, virus removal, and advanced IT requests.

BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL

• Each attendee requires a free ticket and must be a member of the Fraser Coast Libraries. Not a member? Join for free here Fraser Coast Libraries
• Seating is not allocated, a limit is in place on the number of attendees.
• Attendees under 12 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• Tickets do not need to be printed.
• We ask that you stay home if you are feeling unwell or are displaying cold/flu symptoms, no matter how mild.
• If you are unable to attend this event, please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite or contact us on 4190 5788 so we can offer your place to someone else.
