Leaders are challenged everyday by their peers and the teams they are leading. Successful management of these challenges and the creation of a collaborative environment where everyone can contribute and take ownership for success can make the difference between a team that just co-exists, or one that is successful and productive together.
This session will assist participants to become more self-aware and grow their capability to collaborate with their team. It focusses on the values of working in teams and how problem-solving and teamwork are essential for achieving success.
