The beginner course is provided by JCH Media. This includes looking into the functionality of my profile, understanding teams and channels and there features, accessing resources, navigation bar, messaging and conversations and shortcuts. The outcome from this session is users will feel and be more confident in knowing the tools and capabilities of Teams and be more familiar in how to use it.
