Tea is the world’s most popular drink and has been consumed around the world for centuries. Tea has been used by Zen Buddhist monks for meditation as early as the 6th century.
Come and sit with tea with us. Share silence and enjoy a deeper internal journey with each cup of tea. As you relax into our tea practice, an inner rewarding experience awaits. Together we will cultivate a deeper connection to ourselves, each other and nature as we sit in reverence for tea as Medicine.
The tea ceremony is around 60 minutes long, followed by a sharing circle. You'll be part of a small intimate group and you can drink as many rounds of tea as you like. We’ll give you a small introduction before the ceremony and then enjoy the silence and the tea.
