Attendees with then have the opportunity to join an ongoing GRP, initially facilitated by headspace
The information session will overview the Group Reflective Practice for Educators Guide, developed by the headspace NSW Response and Recovery team, highlighting key considerations and supports available.This session will cover:
• How you may exxperience impacts in your educator role
• What Group Reflective Practice is
• Why it is beneficial for school leaders operating pre- and post-disasters, including
- benefits for individuals as well as workplaces and groups
• The role of leadership
• Key implementation considerations
• Existing models and frameworks
• Reflective activities
Participants will then be invited to join a GRP group, facilitated by headspace.
