Tantric Hatha Yoga is a sacred practice of presence, weaving together breath, movement, stillness, and inner awareness.
Breathe. Awaken. Align.
Tantric Hatha Yoga is a sacred practice of presence, weaving together breath, movement, stillness, and inner awareness.
Rooted in the traditional foundations of Hatha Yoga and the embodied wisdom of Tantra, this class is an invitation to return home to yourself, to meet the body as a temple, and to experience yoga as ritual rather than routine.
In Tantra, nothing is excluded.
All of life, sensation, emotion, stillness, and energy is welcomed as part of the path.
Hatha Yoga offers the balance of opposites, effort and surrender, strength and softness, grounding and expansion.
In this practice, we move slowly and intentionally through classical postures, breathwork, and subtle energy awareness, cultivating deep connection to the inner world.
This is not about performance.
It is about presence.
A Tantric Hatha class may include:
• Breath-led movement to awaken prana
• Longer holds to cultivate steadiness and receptivity
• Meditation and inner sensing
• Gentle kriya or energetic practices
• Deep rest and integration
Each session becomes an embodied journey, guiding you into balance, clarity, and a felt sense of wholeness.
