Talking Tuckshops Sunshine Coast - Term 2 2017 Workshop

In 2017 we're taking to the road and bringing the best from the annual Brisbane Tuckshop Convention to wider Queensland. We've reviewed your feedback and have put together a program with all the ingredients that you like most.

Networking (9-11am, FREE)

Hear from likeminded convenors about their challenges and successes, including any 2016 Tuckshop of the Year award winners from your area and updates from QAST.

Please include any questions or topics you would like to request when prompted in the registration form, so that the session can be most relevant to all attendees.

There will be an opportunity to meet with local suppliers and discuss products available in a relaxed atmosphere.

Workshop sessions (11am-2pm, $10 for members and $25 for non-members including lunch)

Learn how to design and cost your menu for maximum efficiency by working with a small group of convenors from similar schools. We'll also do an activity to highlight how to control costs when working with multiple staff and/or volunteers.

Secret Ingredients of Award Winning Menus

We'll go beyond carrot sticks to learn how other tuckshops boost their Menu Health Check rating and share ideas we've been seeing on menus throughout the state.
