About this event

The purpose of the draft Redland Housing Strategy is to ensure everyone has access to the type of housing they need, now and in the future. The actions proposed as part of the draft Strategy seek to assist in providing greater residential supply, housing diversity and affordability in the Redlands.

The Queensland Government's online 'Talk to Planner' sessions provide you with the opportunity to have your say on the vision, recommendations and actions proposed in the draft Strategy. These online sessions allow you to provide your feedback to a Planner and ask questions about any part of the draft Strategy.

Please note, these sessions are not intended to provide planning advice on development potential of specific sites. Any comments provided on the draft Strategy are not to be taken as planning advice. At this stage, proposed actions in the draft Strategy are not government policy.

Our sessions are facilitated online using video chat. It will be necessary to have the Microsoft Teams application downloaded on your computer or mobile device.

Each online session runs for a total of 20 minutes. We request that any comprehensive feedback or questions be directed to the 'Have Your Say' portal. Alternatively, if you are seeking further information about the Strategy, please contact redlandshs@dsdilgp.qld.gov.au
