We are here to tell stories. We are here to hold space. This is not your usual "burlesque" show. You will see performers offering different pieces of performance art sometimes incorporating dance, incorporating burlesque, incorporating comedy, sometimes incorporating spoken word and sometimes visual art. Our show is about providing a platform for voices to be heard and stories to be told.
Join us as our cast takes you through their stories. Sometimes ridiculous or hilarious, sometimes deeply personal, often beautiful and at times downright sexy. Join our cast as they take you on a journey through the Dollhouse as you meet the dolls who live within.
Please note some stories and acts may touch on issues of loss of bodily autonomy, lived experience of disability, bodily functions, bigotry and consent. We ask you to please try to hold space for our performers and join with us in a supported and safe environment as we all work through our reactions to these pieces together. Please remember you are in a venue decided for us all to hold space for each other and you are safe and this is a uniwue experience to connect with a performer and art on a very personal level. If for any reason you feel you do need to leave to the foyer during a piece please feel free to see our amazing door person if you require any assistance at all. They will be happy to help get you water and meet any immediate needs for assistance that may arise. We are here to hold space for our audience too. Our stories are told in the spirit of solidarity. We are all here to lift each other up and hold each other in this safe space.

This show is run in a humanist/feminist framework and no disrespectful behaviour towards performers, attendees or venue staff will be permitted. Remember consent is sexy! No photography or filming permitted by audience members of the show. This is a BYO event. Photos only permitted of attendees with consent. Non consensual touching of any patron or performer will result in immediate ejection from the venue and police will be called if necessary. This is a safe space for LGBTIQA+ performers and you can expect to find performers from all over the rainbow in all different bodies proudly being themselves on stage. Any bigotted begaviour will result in immediate removal from the eventand venue with no refund given. This is a condition of entry.
