Taking Care of Yourself

Maintaining our health and wellbeing provides the energy and capacity to endure some of the challenges we experience in life. Apart from exercise, diet and regular sleep there are plenty of useful strategies that help maintain your physical, emotional and mental health. The following activities will provide you with some time-out to focus on caring for yourself. You may wish to register for one or both activities, the choice is yours!

Saturday, 28 April 2018 (10:00am – 3:00pm)

Mindfulness and Nourishment

Time to take care of your self with a focus on mindful movement through yoga stretch, meditation basics, practical ways to nourish daily and develop a self care plan to take away.


Thursday, 3 May 2018 (10:00am – 2:30pm)

Pursuit to Happiness and Vitality

Time to take care of your self with a focus on mindful movement through pilates stretch, workshop session in personal happiness and self awareness.

For more information please call 1800 052 222. All sessions will include time for questions and a light lunch, so please RSVP your attendance for catering purposes. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for light movement.
