Simple self-guided meditative creativity to quiet music
Take a Moment in Feburary offers a creative pause in the middle of your busy week on the last Wednesday of February. This program will run at the end of each month on Wednesdays at lunchtime. This well-being program invites you to slow down, recharge, and reconnect—whether through art, nature, or quiet reflection. Experience a blend of guided tours and hands-on creative sessions that are designed to spark inspiration and nurture mindfulness.

Creative Activities (Drop-in Session from 12 – 1:30pm)
Free tea and coffee are available and you can bring your own lunch if you would like.
Art Gardening inspired by Hiromi Tango – A restorative experience exploring nature and art. This project highlights art’s therapeutic power, promoting mindfulness through hands-on techniques such as wrapping, binding, and knotting. Participants can use the provided materials to create their own Hiromi Tango inspired seedlings known as Art Gardening. Workshop facilitators will be available to guide participants.
