What we're doing & why:

Our mixologist Ana will take us on a stimulating practical journey through Chile's many different drinks and their flavors, both traditional and modern. We will learn every step of its preparation and the correct way to drink them; and we'll prepare enough to keep for our Christmas celebration!

What we'll make: Cola de mono, borgoña de frutilla & chirimoya, terremoto, piscola.

What to bring: Open mind!
Food & Drinks: A small snack will be provided, in addition to the drinks.
Expected Time: 18.00 - 20.00
Meeting point: Colmado coffee at 18.00m

The Why I Santiago is a spectrum of extremes, known for both its expansive urban development and its striking, varied natural beauty. You'll notice the tensions that exist between these extremes, but you'll need the history and the experience to understand them better.

The Impact I Santiago reflects and allows us to perceive with little effort the transition towards modernization and integration into the globalized world. Social and natural aspects converge in the city. Ojo al Charqui, a journey through its contrasts, will allow us to approach the city’s context in a more sensitive way, familiarise ourselves and understand the local culture beyond what meets the eye.
