Systemic & Family Constellations: Explore the Patterns Shaping Your Life

Systemic & Family Constellations: Explore the Patterns Shaping Your Life

River Canoe Club of NSWMarrickville, NSW
Sunday, Mar 22 from 10 am to 4 pm
Overview

An embodied workshop exploring family patterns, bringing clarity and meaningful shifts through Systemic & Family Constellations.

None of us arrives in life as separate, self-contained individuals. We come from families, histories, cultures; people and events that shaped the ground we stand on.

Those influences live within us. They shape how we relate, how we respond under pressure, and the roles we step into without realising it.

At times, this appears as repeating patterns.

You move through life functioning well on the surface, yet the same tensions keep returning.

You may find yourself overextend in relationships.Feeling responsible for more than is truly yours.Watching familiar conflicts resurface.Noticing health symptoms that won’t quite settle.Experiencing work or financial stress that follows a similar pattern each time.

Family Constellations takes a systemic perspective. Instead of looking only at your personal story, we explore how unresolved events, losses, exclusions, or entanglements within the family system may still be shaping your present life.

In this workshop, we gently bring those inherited roles and unseen loyalties into awareness.

The aim is not to analyse you.It is to understand what is shaping your current reality and allow a different response to become possible.

What to expect

This is a group process.

Some participants will explore their own constellation, while others take part as representatives, an experience that often brings personal insight.

You don’t need prior experience, preparation, or a clear “issue.” You’re invited to take part in a way that feels right for you.

Many people leave with a clearer understanding of their situation and begin making different choices in areas that once felt stuck.

This workshop can support you if you’re noticing:

• Repeating family or relationship tensions

• Ongoing health concerns

• Workplace conflict or career uncertainty

• Financial stress or recurring money patterns

• Emotional overwhelm, anxiety, or feeling stuck

• A general sense of disconnection

Group numbers are intentionally small to support depth and care.

About your Facilitator

My name is Stanja. I’m a trauma-informed Systemic Constellations facilitator, yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher, with over 30 years of personal practice and more than 2,000 guided sessions. My work is grounded in real life, a contemporary understanding of the mind and body (dis)connection, eastern wisdom, and a reverence for human resilience.

Through my own life, I’ve learned that strength is not about constantly pushing forward. There is another kind of strength, quiet and steady, that awakens when we relearn to listen to the body, stay present, and live with awareness. This understanding shapes the way I work with people today.

My experience includes living with chronic illness, as well as war and displacement. These experiences have influenced my path, without becoming the whole of who I am. Through years of personal work, practice, education, and teaching in community and custodial settings, they have become a source of understanding, clarity, and compassion that I bring into every session.

In my work, I combine compassionate somatic systemic constellations approach with breathwork and stillness, with the aim of strengthening inner stability and allowing for healing that reaches far beyond the individual. My approach is trauma-informed, inclusive, and grounded, inspired by contemporary somatic and psychological insights.

I don’t believe people need to be fixed.

I believe in creating spaces where people feel safe to be who they are. When such conditions are present, change happens naturally.
That is the space I hold.
