Systemic & Family Constellations: Explore the Hidden Dynamics of Your Life
If you’ve tried various healing methods but still feel stuck, Systemic Family Constellations could be the key to finally letting it all go.
You move through life functioning well on the surface and yet something doesn’t quite settle.
Patterns repeat.
Decisions feel heavier than they should.
Relationships, health, work, or money carry an undercurrent that’s hard to name.
In this space, we come together to gently explore what may be shaping your life beneath the surface, family dynamics, inherited roles, and unseen loyalties that influence how you relate, choose, and carry responsibility.
The intention is to see more clearly, and to notice what shifts when something unspoken is acknowledged.
What to expect
Through systemic and family constellations, somatic meditation, and embodied group work, patterns that usually remain out of awareness can become visible. Some participants will explore their own constellation, while others take part as representatives, an experience that often brings insight in its own right.
You don’t need prior experience, preparation, or a clear “issue.” You’re invited to take part in a way that feels right for you.
You will leave with a greater sense of clarity and the feeling that you’ve stopped carrying something that no longer belongs to you.
Systemic Constellations Workshop can support you if you’re noticing patterns around:
• Family or relationship dynamics
• Health concerns or chronic conditions
• Workplace tension or career decisions
• Financial stress or repeating money patterns
• Emotional overwhelm, anxiety, or feeling stuck
• A general sense of disconnection or searching for clarity
Group numbers are intentionally small to support depth and care.
If this feels like the right time, you’re warmly invited to join us.

About your Facilitator
My name is Stanja. I’m a trauma-informed Systemic Constellations facilitator, yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher, with over 30 years of personal practice and more than 2,000 guided sessions. My work is grounded in real life, a contemporary understanding of the mind and body (dis)connection, eastern wisdom, and a reverence for human resilience.
Through my own life, I’ve learned that strength is not about constantly pushing forward. There is another kind of strength, quiet and steady, that awakens when we relearn to listen to the body, stay present, and live with awareness. This understanding shapes the way I work with people today.
My experience includes living with chronic illness, as well as war and displacement. These experiences have influenced my path, without becoming the whole of who I am. Through years of personal work, practice, education, and teaching in community and custodial settings, they have become a source of understanding, clarity, and compassion that I bring into every session.
In my work, I combine compassionate somatic systemic constellations approach with breathwork and stillness, with the aim of strengthening inner stability and allowing for healing that reaches far beyond the individual. My approach is trauma-informed, inclusive, and grounded, inspired by contemporary somatic and psychological insights.
I don’t believe people need to be fixed.
I believe in creating spaces where people feel safe to be who they are. When such conditions are present, change happens naturally.
That is the space I hold.
