About this event

Bartenders of AUSTRALIA,

Campari Academy Australia is excited to be able to bring to life our global docuseries, PERSPECTIVES, launching as part of the 2022 Sydney Bar Week with an exclusive viewing for our Campari Academy family.

PERSPECTIVES is a passion project of Campari Academy’s Creative Director Monica Berg (Tayēr + Elementary), which deep dives into poignant topics relating to the drinks industry and hospitality, and how they’re interpreted around the world.

The first theme for the Campari Academy docuseries will be Community & Culture and will explore the value of bars from a socio-anthropological perspective, why people gather together to drink across a range of cultures, the value of a bar which understands its audience, and how it can make a lasting impact on its customers.

Working with this theme, Campari Academy Australia will bring the iconic Orlando Marzo, Chau Tran & Stefano Catino into the cinema to help bring healthy discussions around what Culture & Community means within the Australian bar & hospitality landscape.
