Sustainability for Seniors

Join the Council Resilience & Sustainability Team to learn the basics of sustainability, climate change, and disaster preparedness. We will discuss how climate change happens, how you can prepare for extreme weather events, and ways you can help mitigate the impacts of climate change. You will also learn how to make better environmental decisions and help you save money.

This is an interactive session with short activities and games, with prizes included.

All participants will receive resources to help prepare for disasters and better understand sustainability in Lane Cove.

Light refreshments will be served in the middle of the session.
