This experience will support you in acknowledging and releasing the fears that are holding you back in life, so you can start trusting life and foremost yourself.Learn how you are contributing to your fears and control strategies.

Create more space in your nervous system to slow down, open your heart and accept your fears without letting them control you.

Turn inwards and create the space to listen. Invest in your mental health and wellbeing.

This Cacao Ceremonial Journey is to support you to release any heavy hucha energy, limiting beliefs or stories that are no longer serving you.

Through the sacred art of ceremony, we develop the capacity to stop hiding, to stop running away from our experience. We begin to trust in our natural intelligence, in our naturally wise heart, in our capacity to open to whatever arises.

This journey can serve as a path for self-discovery, helping you gain insight into the root causes of your stress and anxiety, which can be an essential step in addressing and changing these patterns.

OPTIONAL SOAK IN THE ONSEN:

This is extra and will be paid directly to Soakhouse.

Starting time will be from 7:00pm for 45 minutes. Please bring your bathers, towel and bottle of water.

Take the journey inwards from the seen world into the unseen worlds. Cacao supports you to step into your emotional self to detox and release anything that is no longer serving your spirit. She supports you ever so gently to feel and heal any disconnected parts of yourself.

Like nature our mind, body and spirit is always trying to come back to a state of balance and healing, but in the west we are constantly trying to find a quick fix which is outside of ourselves or we using something that does not attend to the root cause.
