Change of venue for undercover or indoors in the event of rain - 14 days' notice & subject to availability. Change of day - 7 days notice provided based on forecast & subject to availability

• Cancellation prior to 30 days - full refund of any funds paid. • Cancellation within 30 days of the booking date we will retain 50% of the amount paid. • Cancellation 2 weeks of the booking date we will retain 75% of the amount paid. • Cancellation within 1 week of the booking - no refund.
