We design engaging seminars and workshops that give our audience tools to implement that will positively impact them, their families and the wider community.

Village Chiropractic Manly

Surfing injury free requires great posture, balance, mobility and strength.
in this one hour class you will be guided through a warm up, flow sequence to get your body and brain connected.
The flow is designed to mimic the warm up of the top surfing athletes on the planet.
Join us early Saturday morning for an hour and then take off for a greast surf or stay and have breakfast and coffee with us in Manly.
