Supporting the Supporters: Holistic Tools & Coffee Chats for Neurodiverse Carers & Professionals

If you're a professional supporting carers of neurodiverse children or adults, or you're a carer yourself, this informal catch-up is designed for you. Bring some gentle yet powerful tools into your world—whether to deepen the help you offer clients and/or to create more breathing room in your own life as a carer while helping your loved one thrive.

Join Jo for relaxed coffee and chats where she shares unconventional, practical tools to empower and recharge neurodiverse carers (and supporters too).

Includes a complimentary coffee at:

**Sandstone & Co Cafe**

284 Torquay Road, Grovedale VIC 3216

*These sessions are starting as a trial run to see how they go. If there's interest and the tools feel useful, we'll create something ongoing.*

Years ago, Jo authored a book detailing the energy healing, biohacking, unschooling, financial "acrobatics," trauma-informed practices, and other techniques that helped her transform a deeply challenging situation: parenting a neurodiverse child solo while navigating personal trauma. When traditional approaches (psychiatry, psychology, behavioural training) weren't helping, she explored a blend of ancient wisdom and modern methods to restore balance across emotional, financial, environmental, and physical dimensions.

Some of the tools Jo shares include:

- Homeopathy, kinesiology, cranio-sacral therapy

- Quantum hypnotherapy, dowsing/divination, frequency healing

- Yoga, qigong, space clearing

- Unschooling principles & the Nurtured Heart Approach

- Neurofeedback, real food & water nutrition

- Harnessing infrared healing from sunlight (and understanding blue light's impact on health)

- Income and finances for carers: innovative solutions

We live in times of significant and rapid change, where familiar paths no longer lead forward. Ancient wisdom and exciting new technologies can be the way out of this mess we're in. Bring your unique perspective and join like minded others.

These sessions are informal, supportive, and focused on real-world application—tips that helped one carer find peace and joy again.

**This is open to carers of all kinds, not just for neurodiversity. Questions? email Jo at aqualightwellness@gmail.com

Jo is a qualified Yoga & Qigong instructor and certified practitioner in Past Life Regression and Quantum Hypnotherapy. These trainings build on the same holistic path that turned her own challenges around. They now form part of the gentle, practical tools she loves sharing with other carers and supporters.
