Support Group for People Caring for Someone Aged or Living with Dementia

Join us for a chat, a cuppa, and some much-needed support.

Wellways Carer Gateway is pleased to offer our Support Group for People Caring for Someone Who is Aged or Living with Dementia. This group gives carers the opportunity to build a connection through sharing knowledge and experiences in a supportive setting with other people who understand the joy and challenges of being in a caregiving role. Together, we will strengthen our skills in communication, reducing stress, resting and recharging, and reconnecting.

Sessions will be held over 6 sessions held weekly from 9:30am - 11:30am on Mondays starting from 23rd February, 2026. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions to get the most out of the experience. Please note there will be no session on Monday 2nd March due to the facilitator being on leave.
