Support at Home Summit 2026

Swansea RSLSwansea, NSW
Tuesday, Feb 17 from 9 am to 3 pm AEDT
Overview

Registered Providers: Hear from the Department, Assessors & Industry Experts on Support at Home program and reform. Register today!

The Support at Home Summit 2026 is a region-specific event created for Registered Providers across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and the Hunter.

You will hear directly from the Department, Assessors and Industry experts.

This summit brings together the organisations shaping care delivery in our region, those facing the same local challenges, workforce realities, service gaps and community expectations.

Attendance is intentionally limited to registered providers in our region to ensure that every conversation, strategy and insight is directly relevant to the unique needs of our local Aged Care Sector.

This is not a national webinar or a generic update. This is our region’s room, filled with our peers, discussing the needs of older adults in our region, exploring solutions that will impact our communities first, while providing early insights from the first three months of the Support at Home program, along with guidance from the Department and Assessors to inform strategy and compliance.

Featured Content & Sessions

  • Department Update: Hear directly from a Department representative with the latest guidance, clarifications, and future direction.
  • Assessor Insights: Real learnings from assessors in the field—what they’re seeing, common challenges, and how to streamline collaboration.
  • Panel Discussion: A high-energy conversation with sector leaders tackling the toughest operational challenges.
  • AT-HM: Moving Forward… Early insights, performance trends, and how providers can simplify their workflows.
  • Restorative Care Pathway: What we’ve learned so far and how to strengthen outcomes.
  • End of Life Pathway: Implementing compassionate, consistent, person-centred pathways within Support at Home.
