The Queensland Manufacturing Hubs, City of Moreton Bay and Industry Capability Network (ICN) Queensland invite you to a Supplier Readiness and Gateway by ICN Profile Improvement Workshop tailored for regional manufacturers.

This interactive workshop provides manufacturers with practical guidance on how to clearly present their capability, capacity and expertise on Gateway by ICN for major project supply opportunities across both Queensland and nationally. It also addresses key buyer expectations, including how to communicate sustainability benefits and local supply chain value within profiles and EOI responses. The session includes guided activities and live profile review, supporting participants to refine profile content, address common visibility issues, and strengthen readiness for EOIs.

It's crucial that our manufacturers are primed to seize every opportunity that comes their way, especially with major projects, infrastructure and large-scale developments being planned across Queensland and nationally.

• How to position your business to supply into major projects
• About the ICN procurement phases and how to navigate these, including EOI readiness and selection criteria alignment
• Tips on navigating work packages and addressing common visibility issues
• What support is available to help you be best placed to win work

• A laptop or mobile device that can access Gateway by ICN
• An active Gateway by ICN Company profile
• To be authorised to edit the content of your existing Gateway by ICN company profile
