Supercharge Your Student Supervision Skills - Full Day Workshop
Overview
WHAT IS THE WORKSHOP ABOUT?
The workshop has been developed to support clinicians who are new to student supervision, want to improve their supervisory skills, or for whom it has been an extended period of time since providing supervision to students.
This workshop is appropriate for clinicians from all professions including nursing, midwifery, allied health, and medicine.
The workshop will cover the following topics:
- Facilitating Reflective Practice
- Facilitating Clinical Reasoning
- Understanding learning and teaching styles
- Managing underperforming students and difficult conversations
- Providing effective feedback to students
This will be an in person workshop only in Toowoomba.
Registration will commence from 8:00am for a 8:30am start.
