<DIV>We'll taste 3 x 12-year-old Suntory whiskies: <STRONG>Hakushu</STRONG>, <STRONG>Hibiki</STRONG> &amp; <STRONG>Yamazaki</STRONG>. The benefit of trying three whiskies of the same age is they will show equally developed characteristics and Erica will be able to talk through the whisky process from start to finish and outline the obvious as well as the subtle differences between the three.</DIV>
