Her work weaves somatic practices, nervous system wisdom, storytelling, and soulful business strategy to create spaces where women feel truly seen, supported, and celebrated.

Drawing from her training in polyvagal theory, mindful movement, breathwork, and group dynamics, Lia brings a grounded, intuitive presence to every space she holds.
