Sunset Breathwork, Cacao and Dip

Join us for an evening of breath, cacao and ocean - a chance to slow down, reset your nervous system and close out the weekend with intention.

As the sun dips (cloudy skies welcome), we’ll begin with ceremonial cacao before moving into a guided breathwork journey designed to shift your state. Expect a blend of functional breathing techniques, energising protocols and deeply restorative work - finishing with a refreshing ocean dip to anchor it all in.

I’ll guide you through practical tools drawn from Oxygen Advantage, Surf Apnea, XPT and Shift Adapt methods. The focus is simple but powerful: learning how to consciously regulate your own nervous system.

There is far more within your physiological control than most people realise. Through breath, you can move between alertness and calm, intensity and recovery. There is a time to activate and a time to soften - this session will help you experience both, intentionally.

You’ll leave with tangible techniques you can use in daily life - before meetings, after stressful moments, to improve focus, or to wind down properly. The goal isn’t just a good session. It’s giving you tools so you can respond, rather than react.

I’ve run breathwork, fitness and surf retreats across New Zealand and have recently relocated to the Northern Beaches. I’m excited to begin building a regular community here.

Bring:
– A yoga mat
– A cup for cacao
– Comfy clothes
– Swimwear for the dip

Come ready to breathe deeply, reset, and start your week grounded and clear.
