Join us in beautiful Scarborough for a nourishing morning designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and drop into your body before the weekend begins.
We’ll start with guided meditation and gentle breathwork, allowing you to release the week, calm your nervous system, and ground into the present moment. From here, you’ll be guided into a reflective journaling practice, creating space for clarity, intention and self-connection.
To complete the experience, we’ll finish with a revitalising sea dip, a powerful way to reset your energy, awaken the body, and leave you feeling refreshed, alive, and deeply connected.
This is a safe, welcoming space for all levels. Come exactly as you are.
