Sunrise Speedgolf is a fast, welcoming morning golf experience for dads — finished before work and school drop-off.

What is Speedgolf?

Speedgolf is exactly what it sounds like, golf played fast.

We play 9 holes in around 30 - 45 minutes, usually teeing off around 6am, so you’re finished, energised, and back into your day before work.

Most rounds are played using alternate shots.
One person hits, the next person hits the same ball, then everyone lightly jogs to the ball. Less waiting, fewer shots, more fun.

Tee30 Speedgolf is usually played with just an iron and a putter, so there’s no heavy bag to lug around. It keeps things simple, fast, and enjoyable.

Great for beginners, golfers finding their rhythm again, and regular golfers alike. After the round, we sit down for a chat and a coffee to meet new people, talk about life, work, and whatever’s on your mind. Golf and the sit-down are all done by 7.30am, so you can get on with your day.Move your body. Clear your head. Meet good people. All done with plenty of time before the day starts.

What to Bring

• Comfortable clothes you can move in
• Water bottle
• Willingness to keep it simple and keep moving
