Wear comfy clothes that you can stretch in. Tights or pants for women and the same for men, just making sure they aren't tight or restrictive.

What age kids are welcome?

As this is your time to relax and do something for yourself, we recommend you only bring your kids if they are over 12, and keen to participate in the practice themselves. We are practicing next to a large body of water, so younger kids may not attend this particular class for safety reasons.

How early do I arrive?

Please arrive 5-10 mins early, so you have time to fill out paperwork if it's your first class, or just generally park and get yourself set up on your mat.

Is there a free trial for new attendees?

Absolutely. We offer your first class free when you purchase a set of 4 classes at once as a new attendee. For new participants who have not attended yoga with us before. Just book your first class, come on the day and let us know you'd like a 4-class-pass, which will be $60, instead of $80.
