Sunday Writers Café: A Casual Writing Group

A casual Sunday writing meetup! Bring your project, grab a coffee and write alongside fellow creatives.

Update! No longer a weekly gig, this event will take place two to three times a month due to other commitments.

Sunday Writers Café is a relaxed writing session for anyone who wants to make writing a habit and connect with others. Bring your laptop, notebook or whatever you need to work on your writing project and be prepared to write for a couple of hours — laptop chargers, anyone?

This is a chance to write in good company, share a little conversation and enjoy a productive Sunday morning. If this sounds like your kind of Sunday, I'd love to see you there! Look for the Sunday Writers Café sign!

Hi, I'm Shannon — proofreader, copyeditor and aspiring writer. I created the Sunday Writers Café to accommodate writers who aren't fond of travelling into the city or further north.

Spots are limited for now, but if it becomes popular it will likely change (I might even book the meeting room!). Dome is always busy so consider bringing headphones, earbuds or ear loops to help focus.
