Surrounded by ALRU tranquil greenery, the class welcomes everyone, whether you’re new to Pilates or a regular on the mat, with a focus on mindful movement, breath, whilst enjoying the final moments of summer.
After class, linger a little longer and unwind with barista-made coffee and fresh pastries, the perfect way to savour the morning.
Please bring your own mat, towel, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
