Summerhope House Petite Rental 2024

In response to numerous requests, we are thrilled to announce that, alongside our exceptional property manager, we've arranged two exclusive PETITE RENTAL EVENTS this year. These sessions, scheduled back-to-back on Fridays, June 7th and 14th, offer a truly unique opportunity to experience the wonder of Summerhope in bite-sized portions. Seize this rare chance while it lasts!

These are your available sessions and you can choose the right one for you on the tickets option.

8:00 am to 9:00 am (1 hour session)

9:20 am to 11:20 am (2 hours session)

11:40 am to 1:40 pm (2 hours session)

1:40 pm to 2:10 pm (lunch break)

2:10 pm to 3:10 pm (1 hour session)

3:20 pm to 5:20 pm (2 hours session) *The light will soften towards the last 30 mins of the session, so it's perfect for moodier vision, incorporating artificial light. This is also a discounted session.

To provide you with peace of mind, please know that these event days are guaranteed to proceed as scheduled, regardless of the number of bookings received..

PS: You are welcome to book back-to-back sessions before lunch break and gain an additional 20 minutes of complimentary time; or book another private day within the 3 months she is available for (til 20th July). A rental investment with Summerhope is $290+gst per hour minimum for 5 hours or $2000+gst for 8 hours.

By purchasing the sessions, you have agreed to the following terms and conditions:

The bedrooms are strictly private. Clients typically utilize the spacious bathroom and corridors away from the shooting area to store items or for makeup and hair preparation.

Due to the time limits of the rental, we recommend that your clients arrive already dressed and with their hair and makeup done.

Please arrive on time to maximize your booking. Sessions are scheduled back-to-back with necessary transit time for resetting, so there is no accommodation for lost time.

You are welcome to book back-to-back sessions before lunch break and gain an additional 20 minutes of complimentary time.

Purchased sessions are strictly non refundable but transferrable. Please inform us as soon as possible to confirm your transfer.

Unless a natural disaster occurs, the events will proceed as scheduled. Please ensure that provisions are made for extra lighting in the event of cloudy weather. Otherwise, the house is filled with natural light from sunrise to sunset

The house is a shoe-free environment. While we understand that models may need to wear shoes, we kindly ask that you ensure the soles are free from dirt (wet wipes are be provided at the entrance). This is to minimize stains on the white rugs.

The dining table is an investment piece with a Carrara marble top. Although beautiful, it is susceptible to scratches and etching marks. Please refrain from dragging books, vases, etc., around the table, and always use coasters in the drinking area. Alcohol spills will cause instant marks on the table.

No furniture that requires more than one person to lift is allowed to be moved during a petite rental session. If furniture is moved with the on-site property manager's permission, please return it to its original position before the end of the shoot. Ensure that the furniture is lifted and not dragged, and take care to protect floors and walls to avoid damage. Please do not move any large furniture without prior permission.

The property manager will be on-site in her office during your session and can assist you with any queries you may have.

The legs of the dining chairs may bump into the feet of the dining table. When moving the dining chairs around, please do so gently.

Please refrain from sitting on the arms or backs of the sofas.

Food and drink may be consumed; however, we kindly request that you eat in the kitchen or dining area, away from the furnishings.

Cleaning products are available for your use in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. Mops and vacuum cleaners are in the garage.

We understand that accidents happen, and kindly ask that if anything is broken or damaged, please take a photo and inform us immediately. Depending on the damaged item, there may be a replacement or repair cost.

We kindly request that each space is left as you found it; otherwise, a cleaning fee will apply.
