Designed for women of all fitness levels, this experience invites you to move gently, reconnect with your body, and begin your weekend grounded in community.

Saturday Sunrise Move & Flow
Start your morning with a relaxed coastal walk or jog, followed by alternating Pilates and yoga flow as the sun rises over the bay.
Location: Seaview, Williamstown
Time: 6:15AM – 7:25AM
Dates: Every Saturday in February & March
Each session includes:
• Guided walk/jog (all paces welcome)
• Pilates by Zayneb
• Community connection
• Small goodie
Low intensity and thoughtfully paced — perfect for those observing Ramadan or seeking calmer movement.
