ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
GENKI MATSUYAMA has been exploring the language of movement through House Dance, Contemporary Dance, and Contact Improvisation. For him, dancing is an act of moving – and he finds inspiration in everyday gestures such as walking or seeing. By sensing the relationships between the body, the environment, and others, he continues to explore how dance can connect us with society and the world around us.
ABOUT THE VENUE: ASHFIELD LIBRARY is accessible via the Ashfield Civic Centre.
