Suicide Prevention Update: General Practice Education Event

Suicide Prevention Update - pathways, planning and prevention support.

This event is delivered by Gold Coast Health in partnership with the Gold Coast Primary Health Network.

The following topics will be presented:

• Gold Coast context, data and demographics​
• The acute care continuum and alternatives to ED
• Suicide Prevention Pathway and safety plans
• Suicide prevention support – Gold Coast Health and PHN community services
• Meeting the needs of Gold Coast GPs in suicide prevention

Registrations close Friday 27 February 2026.

Free parking.

Morning tea will be provided.

• A Certificate of Attendance will be provided for clinicians after the event to self-record CPD activity.
