Description

Be inspired at this event with Carolyn Hartz, Australia’s sugar free pioneer, founder of Sweetlife Australia and author of the cookbook “Sugar Free Baking”.

Carolyn gave up eating processed sugar almost 30 years ago after years of being ‘addicted’ to sweets.

Based in Perth, Carolyn aged 55 joined the business sector when she opened SweetLife, a company that distributes a sugar alternative called Xylitol. She also attended the executive program at Harvard Business school at 70, and continues to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Carolyn’s Sugar Free Baking cookbook is a beautiful collection of 60 sugar free and gluten free recipes which prove you really can have your cake and eat it. Delicious cakes and treats that have all the sweetness you'd expect but without the guilt and the harmful effects that can be caused by everyday sugar or hidden sugar.

Free event suitable for adults ,bookings are essential as places are limited. Please arrive by 1.15pm, latecomers will be refused entry.
