Stress affects the majority Australians with 72% of people feeling it impacts their physical health and 64% feeling it impacts their mental health. Despite this high number, very few understand what stress is, how it influences us and what we can do about it.There is a negative stigma attached to stress and we are all trying our best to avoid it at all costs. This fear association can be detrimental to our health, when in reality we can actually teach ourselves to manage and live with stress in positive ways.There are several strategies that we can implement on an individual and organisational level to manage the triggers of stress we all experience. At this workshop we will cover the role nutrition, psychology and exercise has on our stress levels with a panel of experienced, qualified professionals who are experts in their respective field.Come and join us and learn how to use stress rather than feel used by it.
