Stress is a constant in a corporate world but our ability to manage stress well can be the difference between success and failure.
Delivered in conjunction with Medibank, this introductory seminar can assist participants to identify our learned responses to stress and to recognise our unique character strengths. Using principles of positive psychology, participants will learn the strategies that can help them access and build on their character strengths when it matters most.
