Stress Busters Social Connection For Carers (Toowoomba)

Let's unwind and connect with fellow carers at our Stress Busters Social Connection Drop-In event.

Carer Gateway is pleased to invite you to a 1 hour in-person social connection event that runs for six sessions.

Join peer facilitator Jodie and other Carers for connection and a cuppa. Connection is important for stress control, as it helps to maintain mental and physical well-being.

Please note: This event is open to residents living in South West Queensland, Australia only. Participants must also be registered with Carer Gateway (we can assist with new registrations for eligible participants). The address for the venue will be sent after registration.
