In this workshop, I’ll guide you through functional bodyweight exercises, breaking each movement down from setup and activation to full execution — and exploring ranges of motion that may be deeper than you’re currently accessing. You’ll gain a clearer understanding of how your muscles, joints, and core work together — and where you may need more support, strength, or mobility.

This isn’t about replacing your workouts, but enhancing them so you can move with greater awareness, efficiency, and confidence.

What’s included:

  • Functional exercises to build strength and improve mobility
  • Application of core activation for better stability and control
  • Practical techniques to prevent injuries and address existing imbalances
  • Nervous system calming techniques to restore balance and ease tension
