To celebrate IWD, ANU Sport is offering FREE Group Fitness Classes for female identifying participants from 8 - 14 March.
A strength-building workout with added conditioning. In S&C classes, you can challenge yourself to lift heavy on compounds, accessories, and power movements. This class will help you to get stronger with weightlifting and bodyweight exercises, and to build up a sweat with finisher rounds, interval sets and more.
