Lauren is running two information sessions to support the Fruit Growers of Tasmania delivery of the MT18020 Berries Australia project. These sessions are designed for Business Owners and Managers.
The two sessions will focus on:
• Setting up sustainable structures to support you and your team – Critical Alignment Model™ of Business;
• Being able to delegate more effectively, knowing that your business is taken care of at all levels;
• Enhancing leadership and autonomy to stop micro-managing;
• Supporting middle managers to deal effectively with ever-changing staffing needs e.g. size, demographic, needs, demands etc.

The workshop will be delivered over two dates, only one registration is required to attend both events:
